Late Checkout / Early Checkin
Late check out and early check in will be granted by the front desk on a case by case basis. This applies to all guest rooms and suites with the exception of the changing rooms.
Guarantees / Diagrams

If you have chosen a split menu, final guest count is due no later than five business days prior to your event by 10:00 am. Please note that we will do our best to accommodate an increase to guarantee after the guarantee date but may, in some rare cases, need to substitute some food items.
Bar Overtime
Bar Overtime will be offered at an additional cost per person based upon the guaranteed number of guests. The cost is $5 per person per half hour for supreme brands and $6.50 per person per half hour for ultimate brands.
Event Overtime
You agree to begin your event promptly at the scheduled start time and agree to have your guests, invitees, and other persons vacate the designated event space at the end time indicated on the final EO. You further agree to reimburse the hotel in the amount of $250 per 100 guests per half-hour that your event goes into overtime.
